What You'll Do Create a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom environment Lead age-appropriate learning activities, crafts, circle time, music, movement, and play Follow daily classroom schedules and lesson plans Encourage positive behavior, independence, and social-emotional development Communicate professionally with parents and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized classroom Assist with meals, snacks, bathroom routines, and other daily care needs Complete required classroom documentation and daily reports Work closely with administration and other teachers to provide an excellent preschool experience We'd Love to

Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress, including assessments and observations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting. Experience Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies is essential. Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is highly desirable. Background in caregiving, babysitting, infant care, toddler care, or preschool settings will be beneficial. A strong understanding of child development principles and practices is crucial for success in this role.
