Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management. Manage classroom activities effectively to promote classroom management and maintain a structured learning atmosphere. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to communicate child welfare updates and developmental milestones. Lead activities that foster social skills, emotional regulation, and physical development suitable for toddlers through preschool-aged children. Requirements Preferred experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
