In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment tailored specifically to infants' unique needs. Your dedication will inspire curiosity, foster growth, and promote positive social-emotional development during these formative early years. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focused on infant development milestones, including sensory exploration, motor skills, and early communication. Provide attentive supervision and care to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among infants. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities to build strong partnerships. Maintain accurate records of each infant's developmental progress, health information, and daily routines in compliance with licensing standards. Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively to emergencies. Support classroom management by organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and creating an inviting space conducive to learning and growth. Job Schedule Opener 6:00 a.m-2pm Closer 9:00 a.m -6pm Requirements Prior experience working with infants in a childcare setting such as daycare or preschool is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and infant care best practices. Certification in first aid and CPR (pediatric first aid certification is a plus). If not, training class will be set up in future Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child abuse or neglect. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members in a professional manner. Experience with classroom management techniques tailored for infants and toddlers. Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs or disabilities. Strong organizational skills to manage daily routines, documentation, and caregiving responsibilities efficiently. Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives!
