In this on-site role, you will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support children's social, emotional, and academic growth. You will lead the classroom team, model best practices, and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include observing and documenting progress, partnering with families, and aligning with state standards and KinderCare's curriculum. This position offers the chance to shape early learners' foundations in a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate Pre-K curriculum and activities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Assess children's progress and adapt instruction to individual needs Communicate regularly with families about student development Guide and mentor assistant teachers and classroom staff Ensure compliance with state licensing and safety regulations Maintain accurate records and documentation for each child Collaborate with center leadership on program improvements Required Skills Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child development assessment Parent and family communication Lesson planning and documentation Knowledge of Pre-K learning standards Behavior guidance strategies Team leadership in a classroom setting Health and safety compliance Recordkeeping and reporting
