Compensation:
$18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning. Implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our educational philosophy. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of each child, fostering individual growth. Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress. Maintain classroom order and discipline, promoting respect and cooperation among students. Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education or a related field, with a passion for nurturing young minds. Ability to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our educational philosophy. Proven track record of adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of each child, fostering individual growth. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with parents, guardians, and fellow educators. Ability to maintain classroom order and discipline, promoting respect and cooperation among students. Experience in collaborating with a team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience. Familiarity with preparing and organizing classroom materials and resources efficiently.
