Observe and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development. Encourage creativity and curiosity through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing insights and updates on their child's growth. Support the social and emotional development of each child, promoting positive interactions and self-confidence.

Qualifications:

Experience in early childhood education, with a focus on creating engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Ability to foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's unique learning journey. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with families to enhance children's educational experiences. Strong observational skills to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
