KinderCare in North Charleston is seeking dedicated Teachers to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you'll create developmentally appropriate lesson plans, guide playful learning, and support children's social, emotional, and academic growth. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for early learners. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured activities and play. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and initiatives. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Contribute to an inclusive, nurturing, and respectful classroom culture.
