Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, language, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, needs, and achievements to foster strong partnerships Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively to emergencies or incidents Support classroom management by guiding behavior with positive reinforcement techniques and consistent routines Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum activities aligned with early childhood education standards and individual child needs Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices is essential Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset Familiarity with mandated reporting laws ensures compliance with legal requirements for child protection Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics through effective behavior management strategies Certification in first aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and pediatric first aid is required or will be provided upon hire Previous nannying or babysitting experience with infants or toddlers enhances your ability to connect with young children effectively Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every child feels valued, safe, and inspired! Pay:
