Participate in curriculum development initiatives to enhance educational offerings within the program. Requirements Experience working in a childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum development. Knowledge of child welfare practices and developmental milestones for early childhood learners. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere while also demonstrating initiative.
