Growing Tree Childcare is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic teacher to join our one-year-old classroom! If you love watching little ones learn, explore, and reach those exciting first milestones, we'd love to meet you! Our one-year-old teachers provide a safe, loving, and fun environment where children can grow and develop at their own pace. What You'll Do

• Provide a warm, nurturing environment for children ages 12-24 months
• Keep children safe, engaged, and actively supervised throughout the day
• Follow a daily routine that includes play, learning activities, meals, diapering, and rest
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
• Support children as they develop language, social, physical, and self-help skills
• Communicate positively with parents about their child's day and development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Work cooperatively with your co-teacher and the rest of our Growing Tree team
• Follow all Tennessee childcare licensing requirements and Growing Tree policies

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
