Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in infants Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring safety at all times Observe and document each infant's developmental milestones and behaviors to inform personalized care plans Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning while adhering to health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Manage classroom routines effectively to foster consistency and security for infants Collaborate with team members to plan engaging activities that support early childhood development principles such as childhood development theories and preschool experience Experience Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education practices and infant care techniques Experience in classroom management and behavior management strategies suitable for young children Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Familiarity with childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols specific to infant care environments Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning atmosphere Embark on a fulfilling career where your caring nature meets your professional expertise.
