- Create, and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment for the children
- Approachable and encouraging in order to meet the individual needs of all children
- Establish a partnership with parents, and families to promote positive relationship
- Write and implement weekly curriculum plans and lessons
- Participate in staff and annual training requirements
- Comply with centers policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism
Minimum State Requirements:
Provide valid Driver's license, state ID, birth certificate, passport upon hire- Proof of high school diploma or GED, Must be at least 18 years of age
- CPR/1st Aid certification, (will provide referrals for those who need it
- FBI background clearance upon hire
- Minimum Center Requirements for daycare operations
- Provide professional references
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs. up to a height of 5 ft. many times per day
- Be able to be physically active, and engaged with children throughout day
- Education / experience in daycare, preschool or any early childhood education program. Benefits
