Responsibilities Provide attentive and compassionate care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences Assist children with developmental milestones through engaging play and educational activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Ability to handle behavior management with patience and consistency First aid certification and CPR training to ensure immediate response in emergencies Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities or special needs Strong teaching skills to support early learning concepts and developmental growth Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members Embark on a rewarding journey where your nurturing spirit fuels children's growth while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
