Job Description

Infant Teacher The Infant Teacher is responsible for the care, supervision and management of a class of infants in accordance with the goals and curriculum plan of Ivy Kids Early Learning Center.
Education and Experience:
CDA or an Associates Degree Preferred 2+ year of experience working in a childcare setting required Must have a warm and supportive attitude and disposition toward working with babies and their families. Must be flexible in receiving assignments or adapting to changes in the program. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be physically able to perform the job of a teacher of young children. Must be able to easily communicate in

Full-time Responsibilities Implement daily infant classroom activities and routines to support developmental milestones. Assess and monitor individual progress using observation and informal assessments; adjust instruction accordingly. Manage the learning environment with effective behavior guidance and smooth transitions between activities. Collaborate with teachers and specialists to design and deliver targeted interventions and inclusive lesson plans. Prepare learning materials, set up instructional spaces, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Communicate with families about child progress, daily experiences, and upcoming activities.
