As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and engaging preschool-aged children, promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. You will collaborate with parents and staff to create a supportive learning atmosphere that encourages exploration and growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships. Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Provide early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support. Facilitate physical education activities that promote gross motor skills development. Engage in standardized testing as required to evaluate student learning outcomes. Supervise daily activities, including toddler care, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while managing educational materials. Requirements Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Knowledge of early intervention techniques and strategies for supporting diverse learners. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate math concepts and physical education activities. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.
