Buda, TX Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
PM Pay Rate:
$ 18.00/hour

Temporary role with the possibility of becoming long-term Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. The right candidate will help create a welcoming office environment while supporting daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Greet visitors and guests and provide excellent customer service Escort visitors to conference rooms and ensure a positive office experience Perform light administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation Assist with general office organization and support tasks as needed Maintain a clean and professional reception area Support office staff with various clerical and administrative projects Qualifications Previous office, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude Comfortable interacting with guests, customers, and employees Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain additional office experience with a company that may offer long-term opportunities. We are seeking a dependable individual who enjoys helping others, takes initiative, and can professionally represent the organization as the face of the office. The role is trainable, but prior front desk, receptionist, or office experience is preferred.
Pay Details:
