We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our school family. What You'll Do:
Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that help children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically Foster a classroom environment that is safe, structured, joyful, and full of encouragement Build positive, respectful relationships with children and their families Communicate openly and professionally with parents and team members Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership to support the overall success of the school Maintain compliance with all state licensing and health & safety standards
What We're Looking For:
18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED (required) Previous experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!) Strong communication and teamwork skills A nurturing spirit, patience, and a genuine love for children Reliable transportation Willingness to meet and maintain all state licensing requirements
