Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, caring, and flexible Caregiver to support daily operations across classrooms. This position may assist with different age groups, classroom routines, kitchen support, and transportation duties as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, nurturing, patient, and willing to work as part of a team to create a safe and positive experience for children every day. Key Responsibilities Provide nurturing, responsive care to children of varying ages across different classrooms. Support children's learning through play, exploration, conversation, and positive interactions. Assist with classroom routines, including feeding, diapering, toilet training, nap supervision, transitions, and outdoor play. Help maintain a Reggio Emilia-inspired environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, independence, and respect for children's ideas. Assist with kitchen duties such as setting up meals, cleaning, food distribution, and following food safety procedures. Support safe and timely pick-up of after-school children, ensuring all transportation and supervision policies are followed. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times. Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, directors, children, and families. Support licensing, accreditation, and quality improvement expectations. Uphold compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing Minimum Standards. Participate in required training, coaching, and professional development. Work as part of a positive team focused on the well-being and development of children. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must pass a criminal background check. Valid driver's license with clean driving record required for transportation duties. CPR and First Aid Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain. Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed child care center preferred. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and actively engage with children on the floor, in classrooms, and on the playground. Strong teamwork, communication, flexibility, and multitasking skills. Must be dependable, patient, nurturing, and professional. Willingness to learn and grow with the program. Why Work With Us?
