Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Engage children in various activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
