Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
• Provide literacy education and tutoring to enhance language and cognitive skills
• Ensure the well-being and safety of children in your care
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child welfare and development
• Assist in curriculum development and implementation
• Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
• Provide early intervention support for children with developmental delays or disabilities
• Educate and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's progress
• Provide attentive and nurturing care for toddlers

Skills:

• Strong lesson planning abilities to create engaging and educational activities
• Proficient in literacy education techniques to promote language development
• Experience in tutoring or teaching children of various ages
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and regulations
• Ability to develop and implement curriculum based on age-appropriate milestones
• Effective behavior management skills to encourage positive behavior
• Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays
• Excellent communication skills to interact with parents/guardians and provide updates on child's progress
• Experience in providing quality care for toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities
