The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, managing student behavior, and providing individualized instruction. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Assess student performance and progress on a regular basis. Provide feedback to students and parents regarding student progress. Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning. Participate in professional development activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood development principles Experience with behavior management and special education strategies Familiarity with curriculum development and literacy education techniques
