Kiddie Academy has an immediate exciting opportunity for a patient, flexible and nurturing person to join us as one of our Afterschool/Summer Camp Counselor . You'll bring a caring attitude, creative nature, and excellent communications and collaboration skills to our passionate team of childcare professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community every day. Among your responsibilities will be:
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily planning, management, curriculum implementation, and supervision of the classroom and children. Is responsible for ensuring that all parents, children, and classroom staff concerns are appropriately addressed. Transporting children to and from Field Trips or Elementary schools.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Must maintain required continuous education per the Texas Depart of Health and Human Services for childcare provider, CPR/FIRST AID for Adult, child and infant.
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
. Must be at least 21 years or older and have a clean driving record .
