What You'll Do:

Create Meaningful Learning Experiences Plan or help implement engaging, hands-on activities that encourage children to explore, create, and learn through play. Support Children's Growth Help children build confidence, independence, social skills, language, and early academic foundations while celebrating every milestone along the way. Create a Safe & Nurturing Environment Maintain a clean, organized classroom where every child feels safe, loved, and excited to learn. Build Strong Relationships Partner with families through daily communication and work alongside fellow teachers to create the best possible experience for every child. Work as Part of an Amazing Team Depending on your experience, you may lead a classroom or support one as part of a collaborative teaching team. Read stories with enthusiasm, sing songs (even if you're off-key), get creative with art projects, celebrate little victories, and don't be surprised if you're invited to an impromptu dance party.
