Overview of Role:
Our teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of their assigned classroom. Lead Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment. Teachers will work directly with children and parents daily to build strong relationships and provide quality service. Advancing physical and intellectual competence by adapting program activities to meet the individual needs of the children Providing positive guidance by supporting social and emotional development Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures Engage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow in your profession
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred), or Child Development Associate (CDA) , or Current and active enrollment in an accredited Associates, Bachelors degree program, or CDA Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00AM - 6:00PM Must have experience leading an infant or toddler classroom (6 weeks old - 2 years old) Strong written and verbal communication skills Be flexible CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred) Our school offers professional development for its faculty.
