Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Fairfax learning center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will create age-appropriate lesson plans, lead play-based learning, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will partner closely with families, maintain high safety and licensing standards, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture. Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child growth and daily experiences. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Support inclusive practices that respect diverse backgrounds and abilities. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and center policies.
