We are not a classroom that goes outside — we are a forest school, rooted in a research-backed approach to early childhood education in the outdoors. Our small-group program serves children ages 3-6 through free play, child-led exploration, and hands-on discovery outdoors, in every season. The Position We are looking for a passionate, grounded educator who loves being outside as much as the kids do. This is a part-time morning position supporting a small group of preschool-age children in a forest school setting. You will help facilitate circle time, guide outdoor exploration, support unstructured play, and be a warm, steady presence for children and families. This is not a traditional classroom role.
