Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and creative Toddler GroupTeacher to develop and lead engaging weekly classes for toddlers and their caregivers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating meaningful early childhood experiences and wants the flexibility of teaching one or two mornings per week . Responsibilities Plan and develop a fun, age-appropriate curriculum for toddlers (18 months-3 years). Create weekly themed lesson plans that include music, movement, sensory play, art, storytelling, and simple STEM activities. Lead engaging 40-50 minute parent-child classes. Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children and caregivers. Prepare materials and set up activities before class. Maintain a clean and organized classroom. Observe children's engagement and adjust activities to meet developmental needs. Work collaboratively with Kids Magic Lab staff to continue improving the program.
