KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Pioneer KinderCare center. In this role, you will nurture young children's curiosity through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities. You'll create safe, engaging classrooms, support social-emotional growth, and build strong, trusting relationships with families. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lesson plans. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to all safety and health guidelines. Build strong, positive relationships with children and families. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily activities. Observe, document, and support each child's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide initiatives and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support inclusion and respect for diverse cultures and learning styles. Follow Kinder Care and state licensing policies and procedures.
