•Working experience operating a manual transmission is required.
• Unlike traditional ready-mix, this role involves mixing concrete on-site, requiring attention to detail, customer interaction, and hands-on work. Home daily - no long-haul. ⸻ Responsibilities Safely operate a manual transmission volumetric concrete truck Batch and mix concrete on-site to customer specifications Deliver to residential, commercial, and public works projects Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections Clean and maintain truck and mixing system daily Communicate with dispatch and customers at job sites Safely navigate tight and uneven job site conditions Follow all DOT and company safety standards ⸻ Requirements Valid CDL Class A or B license Manual transmission experience
REQUIRED
Current medical card Clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random screenings
Preferred:
Volumetric or ready-mix experience Construction or concrete knowledge Familiarity with Southwest Washington ⸻ Schedule Part-time to Full-time schedule available Early morning start times, typically 6:00-7:00 AM Hours fluctuate based on season, weather, and workload Full-time hours are generally available during the busy construction season Part-time scheduling may be available for someone who prefers fewer hours Occasional Saturdays during busy periods Home daily - no long-haul ⸻ Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + overtime Steady local work Paid time off & holidays
