In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that align with curriculum standards and KinderCare's focus on nurturing each child's potential. You'll create a safe, inclusive classroom, manage behavior positively, and build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication. Collaborating with school staff, you'll track student progress, complete required documentation, and participate in professional development to continuously grow your skills.
