Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications Prepare coffee Provide positive experiences for customers Work register Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, slicers and food processors Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent contamination Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery times Adhere strictly to safety standards during all stages of food production and kitchen operations Skills Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques for various ingredients Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to health regulations Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in meal presentation Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment
