The Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We're looking for passionate educators who are committed to lifelong learning and ready to bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to our classroom . As aLead Teacher, You Will:
Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum aligned with school district guidelines and Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards Create joyful and effective learning experiences that prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten Provide a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom where every child can thrive and feel a sense of belonging Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly to support each child's development Ensure adherence to all licensing and program requirements , including documentation, assessments, and ongoing quality improvementWhat You Bring:
