Job Overview We are seeking a passionate Child Care Floating Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young learners. You will work will all ages ranging from 2 weeks to 12 years. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment for children
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine
• Provide care and support for toddlers including diaper changing, feeding, and nap times
• Foster literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises Skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in childhood development and classroom management
• Knowledge of curriculum development tailored to early childhood education
• Familiarity with toddler care practices and child welfare guidelines
