Position Details:
Lincoln Public Schools is seeking a candidate with a commitment to excellence in education. Candidate will possess an ability to establish a strong classroom environment that supports highly engaging instruction. Candidate will need to work collaboratively with multiple team members. A strong candidate for this position would have exceptional instructional and classroom management skills, demonstrate effective communication skills and strong academic/curriculum skills, use assessment to drive instruction, provide quality feedback to all learners, as well as a desire to teach in a culturally rich school environment. Ability to create strong relationships with all students; effective communication skills; daily use of assessment to drive instruction and quality feedback to all learners; willingness to serve the community in all aspects; learner in the art and science of teaching; a reflective educator, an individual who understands the practices of cultural proficiency and applies those practices with students, staff and families.
