Job Description:

(See the heading Application Instructions) ACE Advanced Studies Instructor applicants are teachers currently employed by an ACE partner school district seeking approval to teach a course for GCC credit at the high school as a part of their regular course offerings.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will: Have a Master's Degree in the discipline they are seeking to teach or a related Master's Degree with at least 12 credit hours of graduate study in the discipline. Have the approval of their school administration to offer the GCC course. Submit a syllabus for approval prior to the course being offered for student registration.
Additional Information:
After approval, Advanced Studies Instructors must follow all procedures in the Instructor Handbook and the Memorandum of Understanding.

To be considered, applicants must submit the following: An official GCC application An updated resume (cover letters are helpful, however not required) Transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended by the applicant (undergraduate, graduate & transfer) Applicants must specify the exact course they wish to teach (e.g., ENG 101, MAT 129).
