Duties Supervise children and assist with games/activities during the day. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding camper experiences and any concerns that arise during the camp day Follow directions and assist with implementing lesson plans provided by the program director. Clean up area at the end of each shift to maintain a tidy and organized space. Qualifications Passion for working with kids and a positive, energetic attitude. Ability to follow instructions and implement lesson plans. Dependable and responsible with a focus on safety. Ability to pass a background check. Over the age of 21. Reliable transportation. Must demonstrate a professional and appropriate persona in regards to (but not limited to): talking to parents, conversing with children, conversing with staff, wardrobe, etc. Must be a team player, on time and dependable. Will be responsible for driving a 15 passenger van. CPR certified Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, tutoring, or summer camps is required Certification in first aid and CPR is recommended Benefits Free martial arts classes throughout time of employment Opportunity to gain experience working with children in a fun environment.
