Position Overview Love helping people gear up for an incredible day on the mountain? As an Outer Limits Team Member at Mt. Hood Meadows, you'll help guests find the apparel, accessories, and essentials they need to stay comfortable, confident, and ready for every adventure. From goggles and gloves to outerwear and mountain accessories, you'll provide personalized recommendations that enhance every guest's experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has an interest in outdoor recreation and retail, and takes pride in creating a welcoming shopping environment. You'll maintain an organized and visually appealing store, stay knowledgeable about the products we offer, and help every guest leave with the right gear and a positive impression of Mt. Hood Meadows. If you're enthusiastic, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, join us this winter and help create memorable mountain experiences - one guest at a time! This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience Must be 16 or older Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard gear Preferred Qualifications & Experience Retail experience RTP knowledge

Starting Wage:
$ 17.25 - $21.08 hourly
