The Little Gym of Roanoke is looking for a Part-Time Instructor to join our team. This is a hands-on, active position where you'll spend your day encouraging children, celebrating their accomplishments, and creating an environment where they feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. What You'll Do As a Little Gym Instructor, you will: Teach fun, age-appropriate classes using our proven curriculum and teaching methods. Create a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for every child. Help children develop confidence, coordination, strength, and social skills. Encourage children to try new things and celebrate their accomplishments. Build positive relationships with children and their families. Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a smile to every class. Keep the gym clean, organized, safe, and ready for Serious Fun. Work as part of a supportive team that cares about children and our community. No gymnastics background? That's okay! We provide training and teach you our curriculum and coaching methods. Experience working with children, teaching, childcare, gymnastics, dance, sports, or coaching is a plus. Schedule & Availability This is a part-time position with a split schedule.
