Job Description

Georgetown College invites applications for adjunct faculty positions in Sociology. Appointments are made on a semester basis for inclusion in the adjunct faculty pool and involve teaching entry level sociology courses as needed. The successful candidate must have a master's degree in the teaching discipline or master's degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline (a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline). Adjunct faculty are expected to provide high-quality instruction, maintain consistent communication with students, assess learning outcomes, and follow all departmental and institutional policies.
