Qualifications & Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction based on each learner's unique abilities and needs Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide comprehensive educational plans Develop, review, and maintain IEPs in compliance with legal and district standards Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximize student growth Establish a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes engagement and confidence for all students Maintain thorough and accurate documentation related to student performance and program compliance
