trusted in-home care agency in California, is now expanding to serve families through the Self Determination Program for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Who You Are:
You are a compassionate and dependable caregiver with a heart for serving children, teens, and adults with special needs. You're eligible, patient, and passionate about making a difference

The Role:
As a Special Needs Caregiver, you'll provide non-medical in-home care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll follow personalized care plans and partner with families and our team to provide compassionate, consistent, and meaningful support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistance with
ADLs:
bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding Respite support for family caregivers Companionship and supervision Support with socialization and community outings Light housekeeping and meal preparation Assistance with routines: hygiene, homework, coping tools Following behavioral strategies and care plans developed by families or facilitators Maintaining accurate documentation (shift notes and progress updates) Bonuses & Recognition $300 Refer-a-Caregiver Bonus Know someone great? Refer them! Earn $150 after they work 60 hours and another $150 after 120 hours. Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older At least 1 year of experience caring for individuals with developmental disabilities (personal or professional) Negative TB test within the past 12 months Must pass Live Scan background check Reliable transportation and punctuality Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Preferred Experience:
Clients with: Autism, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, Behavioral Disorders, or Sensory Challenges Previous roles as a: School Aide, ABA Therapist, Personal Assistant, Respite Provider, or DSP
  • a plus!
