HeaderResponsibilities Assist in conducting intake assessments and behavioral evaluations for clients with neurodevelopmental disorders Support the implementation of skill acquisition programs based on intervention tailored to individual needs Collect, record, and analyze data related to client progress, behavior intervention plans, and educational therapy sessions Support behavior intervention strategies by applying evidence-based techniques under supervision Participate in client communication efforts, including updates for families and team members regarding progress and challenges Aid in coordinating therapy sessions, managing schedules, and preparing materials for interventions HeaderSkills Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and learning differences Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Background in Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, and / or Linda Mood-Bell Ability to modify, design and adapt curriculum in ELA and Math at the high school level Ability to work patiently with children and young adults while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
