Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience working with students in an educational setting strongly preferred Familiarity with various age groups: early childhood, Pre K, elementary (grades K-5), middle (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12) Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups Assess and identify communication disorders through comprehensive evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and other specialists Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support in classroom and other educational settings Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and outcomes Engage with parents and educational staff to provide resources, strategies, and progress updates Make a real difference in students lives by fostering their communication abilities and supporting their academic journey.
