This contract opportunity offers the chance to work directly with a diverse caseload of approximately 30 students, including those with cochlear implants, providing essential in-person support across various schools in the area. No two days are the same, as youll travel within the county to ensure each student receives the individualized attention they need to grow and succeed.

Key Qualifications:

Certification and/or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Experience working with children or adolescents with hearing loss, including knowledge of assistive technology such as cochlear implants Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with school-based teams, families, and specialists Comfort with a mobile role, providing services across multiple locations within a county Commitment to fostering inclusive, accessible educational experiences for all students

Role Responsibilities:
