Job Description

Empower middle school students by providing essential Special Education support in a contract-based role for a classroom setting focused on Significant Support Needs. This opportunity is ideal for compassionate and dedicated Special Education teachers, ready to make an immediate impact working with a close-knit caseload and shaping growth during the school year.
Key Qualifications:
Current and active licensure as a Special Education Teacher is mandatory (please attach a copy with your application) Experience or strong interest in developing strategies for middle school students (6th-8th grade) with diverse abilities Familiarity with implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and adapting curricula Skilled in building trust with students, faculty, and families Ability to work collaboratively with support teams to deliver holistic student services
Role Highlights:
Full-time contract from immediate start, with a potential end date of May 28 Work directly with a small caseload (5 students) in a classroom setting designed for Significant Support Needs Engage actively Monday, Thursday, and Friday (8:40 AM3:50 PM), and Wednesday (9:40 AM3:50 PM) Implement individualized education plans and instructional strategies in a supportive, resource-rich environment Foster a welcoming, patient, and respectful atmosphere that helps each student reach their full potential Heres your chance to inspire and provide specialized instruction to students who need it most, all within a manageable caseload and supportive team structure.
