2026/2027 Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student needs Provide individualized and small-group instruction in core academic areas Modify lessons and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and school support staff Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings Implement positive behavior supports and appropriate classroom interventions Foster a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment Qualifications Active Colorado Special Education Teacher License/Certificate required Previous school-based or experience working with children preferred, but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs Why Englewood?
