Qualifications:

Active Colorado Special Education Teacher license (must be in-hand) Experience working with middle school students in a special education setting preferred Ability to quickly adapt and build rapport with students and staff Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction and accommodations to middle school students with diverse learning needs Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with parents, staff, and service providers Track student progress, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and engagement Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff to ensure student success
