Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field Active Connecticut Special Education teaching license/certification Preferred experience with elementary and/or middle school students Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized instruction and support across varied student needs Manage split caseload of elementary and middle school students Collaborate with general educators, related services, staff, and families Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation Offer differentiated instruction and modifications Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
