What We're Looking For:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain) Experience or strong interest working within K-12 settings Knowledge of OT best practices for school-aged students Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills Quick adaptability and eagerness to thrive in new environments
Role Highlights:
Provide OT coverage across all grade levels (K-12) as part of a leave coverage team Assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy interventions in school settings Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings as required
