Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum, adapt instructional materials, and implement accommodations to support student success. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members. Support students in accessing the general education curriculum while promoting independence and academic achievement. Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and other collaborative school-based activities. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs. Full-time, Monday through Friday school schedule. Interviews are being scheduled immediately for an ASAP placement.
